Naiise e-Gift Cards are in Malaysian Ringgit, and instruction for redemption are delivered by email. No additional processing fees are needed for e-Gift Cards purchases.

To send a Naiise e-Gift Card to someone, simply add a message and the email address of the person you would like to send the card to upon check out. Please input this information into the order note field. We will then send it directly to the recipient.

If you purchase several Naiise e-Gift Cards in the same order, please indicate the full list of recipients in the order note accordingly.

Naiise e-Gift Cards are only available in values of RM50, RM100, RM150, RM200  and RM250.

Terms and Conditions 

1. Redemption  

Naiise Gift Cards/e-Gift Cards ("Gift Cards") with value in Malaysian Ringgit can only be used for purchases of products and services provided at Naiise stores within Malaysia, or at naiise.com.my. You may use multiple Gift Cards in a single transaction. If a purchase exceeds the remaining balance in the Gift Card(s), the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method.  To view your Gift Card's Balance, you can email us at . Gift Cards have no additional service charges, and expire within 2 years from the date of redemption, unless stated otherwise.

2. Limitations

Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash.

3. Risk of Loss.   

The risk of loss and title for Gift Cards passes on to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission of the Gift Card to the purchaser or designated recipient, or our delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. We are not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen or destroyed or your Gift Card is used without your permission.

4. Use of Gift Cards in Violation of these Terms and Conditions   

We reserve the right to void Gift Cards and bill alternative forms of payment if we suspect that a Gift Card is obtained or used fraudulently, unlawfully or otherwise in violation of these terms and conditions.

 

5. Limitation of Liability   

We make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to Gift Cards, including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event a Gift Card is non-functional, your sole remedy and our sole liability, will be the replacement of that Gift Card.

1. Can a Naiise Gift Card be used more than once?
   Yes, if there is still balance in your gift card.

2. Can more than one Naiise Gift Cards be used towards a purchase?
   Yes, you can.

3. How do I check the balance of my gift card?
   If you received an email for your e-Gift Card, you can click on the link in the email to check the balance of your e-Gift Card.
   For physical gift cards, please email us at  with your gift card code and we will be able to assist you with the check.

4. When will Naiise Gift Card expire?
   Naiise Gift Cards expire 2 years from the date of redemption, unless stated otherwise.

5. Can I use Naiise Gift Card in conjunction with a discount code for online purchases?
   Yes, you can.

6. If I bring my products back for a refund, what happens to the value paid by gift card?
   If a transaction paid for by Naiise Gift Card is refunded, the value will be refunded back to your Naiise Gift Card.
